Compact mirrors combine a hinged case with one or two mirror inserts. The lid carries the artwork as an epoxy dome, enamel fill or print. Metal cases are plated; ABS cases are moulded in colour. The hinge and clasp are checked on the sample so the case opens smoothly and closes securely.

Lid artwork should be composed for a round or square crop with the hinge at a known edge. We show the hinge position on the proof. Epoxy domes deepen colour and protect print; enamel lids suit simpler spot-colour graphics. If the mirror will be sold in a museum shop next to pins and magnets, matching the colour palette across those products helps the counter display look coordinated.

Quality checks before shipping

4. Physical sample. Sampling usually takes 5–7 days after proof approval. You check the sample by photo, video or courier.
5. Approval and deposit. Payment is T/T 30% deposit with 70% before shipment; samples can be paid by PayPal.
6. Mass production. Production usually takes about 15–25 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and process.
7. Quality control. Goods are checked against the approved sample for colour, finish, attachment hardware and packaging before cartons are sealed.
8. Shipping. We ship by express, air or sea under EXW, FOB Shenzhen or DDP, quoted per order. An NDA is available on request.
