From your artwork to a finished souvenir
You do not need production-ready files. Send what you have and we take it from there.
Send what you have
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal, but a high-resolution JPG or PNG, a photo of an object, or a hand sketch is enough to start.
Tell us the basics
Product type if known, approximate size, quantity, where it will be sold or used, and your target date.
We prepare a digital proof
We redraw the artwork for the chosen process — for example simplifying lines for enamel or paper cutting — and mark colours, finishes and size.
You approve or revise
Revisions are made on the proof until you approve it. Nothing is tooled before approval.
Physical sample
Sampling takes 5–7 days after proof approval. You check colour, finish and size on the real piece.
Mass production
About 15–25 days after sample approval, followed by packing and shipping by the agreed method.
Artwork tips
- Very fine lines may not survive metal casting or paper cutting; we will flag them on the proof.
- Give Pantone references if colours must match a brand or an original artwork.
- Only send artwork you have the right to reproduce, such as your own collection images, brand marks or commissioned designs.
- If you are not sure which product suits the artwork, tell us the sales channel and price range and we will suggest options.
