Gold figurine-handle souvenir stamps standing on a wooden box

Shenzhen Longtian Cultural & Creative Co., Ltd. is a Shenzhen cultural and creative products company that designs and manufactures souvenir stamps and seals for museums, scenic attractions, enterprises and universities. Commemorative stamps and seals let visitors leave an imprint of a place in a notebook or passport, and they connect naturally with stamp-collecting trails in museums and scenic areas. We handle the design proof, sampling and production, then pack for export.

Crafts and processes

  • Carved rubber or photopolymer stamp faces
  • Resin, wooden or metal handles shaped to your motif
  • Self-inking and pre-inked stamp bodies
  • Chinese-style seal designs with traditional script layouts
  • Gift boxes with ink pads

Souvenir stamps combine an image face with a handle that is itself a small design object. Stamp faces are made in carved rubber or photopolymer from line artwork; the design is mirrored, test printed and adjusted so that fine lines and text read clearly on paper. Self-inking and pre-inked bodies hold ink inside the stamp, which suits busy stamp stations; traditional stamps use a separate ink pad.

Handles can be turned in wood, cast in resin or zinc alloy, or moulded in plastic, and can take the shape of an artifact, a building or a mascot. Chinese-style seals follow traditional layouts with characters arranged in a square or round frame, often in seal script, and can be supplied with cinnabar-style ink paste. Sets with several stamps, a pad and a collecting booklet are popular in museum and scenic-area retail.

Materials

  • Rubber or photopolymer stamp faces
  • Wood and bamboo handles
  • Resin or zinc alloy sculpted handles
  • Plastic self-inking bodies
  • Ink pads and seal ink paste
  • Paper booklets and cards for stamp trails

Station stamps should prioritise durability and ink capacity; retail stamps prioritise the handle design and gift packaging.

Sizes

  • Retail souvenir stamps commonly have faces around 20–40 mm
  • Station stamps are often larger for a bold imprint
  • Handle height is chosen for comfortable grip
  • Seal faces can be square, round or custom outline

We test the imprint on the sample so that the smallest text remains readable at the chosen face size.

Packaging

  • Individual box with ink pad
  • Gift set box with several stamps
  • Window box showing the handle
  • Paired booklet or postcard set
  • Export cartons with inner protection

Pairing stamps with a booklet or postcard gives visitors a reason to collect a full set.

Customization options

  • Stamp face artwork and size
  • Handle shape, colour and material
  • Single stamps or themed sets
  • Matching stamp-collecting booklets or postcards

Who orders them and why

  • Museums: collection-themed stamps for a visitor stamp trail.
  • Attractions: commemorative stamps at each viewpoint plus retail stamp sets.
  • Enterprises: brand seals for gift packs and events.
  • Universities: campus landmark stamps for open days and orientation.

Design tips

Good stamp artwork is built from clear lines and solid areas rather than fine shading, because ink spreads slightly on paper. Thin hairlines can disappear, and very small enclosed spaces can fill with ink. When we prepare the proof, we thicken lines where needed, open up tight counters in lettering and test the design at the real face size.

For a stamp trail, think about the set as a whole. Each station stamp should share a frame shape, a typeface and a size so that a completed booklet looks like a designed page rather than a collection of unrelated marks. A short caption inside each stamp, such as the viewpoint name, helps visitors remember where they were. Retail versions of the same designs can then be sold as a boxed set at the end of the route.

Station stamps are used many times a day, often by children, so the body should be robust and easy to re-ink, and the ink should dry quickly on the booklet paper you choose. Retail stamps are used occasionally at home, so the emphasis shifts to the handle design and the gift box. For Chinese-style seals, we can lay out characters in traditional script styles; the final wording and any calligraphy should be checked by someone who reads the script fluently before approval.

Finally, consider pairing stamps with postcards or booklets printed on paper that takes ink well. Coated papers can smudge, while uncoated stock usually gives a crisp imprint. We can test the chosen ink on the chosen paper during sampling.
