Most souvenir openers are die-cast in zinc alloy, then plated and coloured with enamel or print. The opening lip must be strong enough for bottles, so we keep a functional thickness even when the outline follows a landmark. Magnet-backed openers double as fridge magnets; key-ring versions use a split ring. Function is tested on the sample.

Functional testing matters as much as appearance. During sampling we check that the lip catches a bottle cap cleanly and that magnet-backed versions hold on a vertical fridge door. If your artwork includes long thin arms or letters as part of the outline, we may propose small thickenings so the opener survives repeated use without bending.

Design tips

Test the opener on a real bottle during sampling. Avoid knife-thin appendages on the outline. For kitchens, rounded edges feel better in the hand. In scenic shops, hang openers near the till on header cards. If the design includes thin protruding parts, ask us to thicken them on the proof so they survive daily use.

Quality checks before shipping

Finished pieces are checked against the approved sample for outline, colour, plating or paint, attachments and packaging before cartons are sealed. Tell us if you need photos, videos or a third-party inspection for larger orders.

3. Digital proof. Our design team prepares a proof showing outline, colours, finish and dimensions. Revisions continue until you approve it.
4. Physical sample. Sampling usually takes 5–7 days after proof approval. You check the sample by photo, video or courier.
5. Approval and deposit. Payment is T/T 30% deposit with 70% before shipment; samples can be paid by PayPal.
6. Mass production. Production usually takes about 15–25 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and process.
7. Quality control. Goods are checked against the approved sample for colour, finish, attachment hardware and packaging before cartons are sealed.
8. Shipping. We ship by express, air or sea under EXW, FOB Shenzhen or DDP, quoted per order. An NDA is available on request.
