How long do samples and bulk orders take?
Sampling usually takes 5–7 days after the digital proof is approved. Mass production takes about 15–25 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and process.
Which payment methods do you accept?
T/T with a 30% deposit and the 70% balance before shipment. Samples can be paid by PayPal.
Can you sign an NDA for our designs?
Yes, an NDA is available on request before you share unreleased artwork.
Is there a sample or mold fee?
Sample and mold fees depend on the design and process and are quoted per design.
Which trade terms do you offer?
EXW, FOB Shenzhen or DDP, quoted per order.

Yes. A physical sample is made after proof approval, usually within 5–7 days, and bulk production starts only after you approve it.
How do you check quality?
Goods are checked against the approved sample for colour, finish, hardware and packaging before cartons are sealed.
Can you produce retail packaging with barcodes?
Yes, backing cards, boxes and bags can be printed with your branding and barcode area.
Can one order combine several product types?
