Project Types We Handle
We design and produce custom cultural and creative products for five main customer types. Our team has supplied products for 50+ museums and 30+ 5A-rated scenic areas. This page describes the typical brief, product mix and workflow for each type, without naming clients.
Featured case
- Lu Xiaoli IP paper-carving desk calendar: twelve hot-foil-stamped paper-carving calendar cards with a gift box and wooden base.
Museums
Why they order: Collection-inspired merchandise for the museum shop or a temporary exhibition.
Typical brief: A shortlist of objects, the exhibition dates, target retail prices and brand guidelines, plus who signs off accuracy.
Typical product mix: A die-cast or resin fridge magnet of the hero object, an enamel pin series, an etched bookmark from a surface pattern, postcards and, for a mascot, an IP figurine.
Workflow notes: Proofs are checked by the curator as well as the retail team, so we plan one extra proof round. Retail packaging carries a short interpretation text.
Scenic areas
Why they order: Souvenirs that cover every visitor budget, often tied to a stamp trail or seasonal theme.
Typical brief: Landmark photos or illustrations, visitor profile, price tiers, display format and peak-season dates.
Typical product mix: Printed and die-cast magnets, keychains, souvenir stamps with booklets, postcard sets and boxed commemorative coins for the gift tier.
Workflow notes: Ranges are planned by tier, with a focused first run and reorders of the best sellers. Production is scheduled ahead of peak season.
Enterprises
Why they order: Branded gifts for clients, employees, dealers and events.
Typical brief: Logo files, brand colours, recipient numbers, budget per gift and the event or gifting date.
Typical product mix: Logo pins, keychains, medals for recognition, coins for anniversaries and paper-cut desk calendars for year-end gifts.
Workflow notes: Brand compliance is checked on the proof; gift boxes and greeting cards are developed alongside the product.
Universities
Why they order: Campus souvenirs, alumni gifts and items for orientation, graduation and anniversaries.
Typical brief: Crest and mascot artwork, campus architecture images, quantities per event and the academic calendar dates.
Typical product mix: Crest pins, campus-building magnets and bookmarks, mascot keychains or figurines, commemorative medals and postcard sets.
Workflow notes: Orders are often timed to graduation or anniversary dates, so we agree the deadline first and plan sampling backwards.
Sporting and event organisers
Why they order: Finisher medals, participant souvenirs and commemorative items for races, tournaments and festivals.
Typical brief: Event logo, edition year, participant numbers, ribbon colours, race date and delivery address.
Typical product mix: Die-cast medals with printed ribbons, commemorative coins, pins for volunteers and staff, keychains and magnets for participants.
Workflow notes: Event dates are fixed, so quantity, artwork and ribbon text are locked early; any personalisation is quoted separately.
