How to Order
Ordering custom souvenirs from Longtian takes six steps, from brief to delivery.
- Brief — send artwork or an idea, quantity, budget and date.
- Recommendation and quote — we suggest materials and processes and quote them.
- Design proof — our designers prepare a digital proof for approval.
- Sample — a physical sample is produced for sign-off.
- Bulk production and inspection — production follows the approved sample, with checks before packing.
- Packing and shipping — export cartons, retail packaging if ordered, and dispatch by the agreed method.
Our MOQ starts from 50 pcs. Sampling usually takes 5–7 days after proof approval; mass production about 15–25 days after sample approval. Payment is T/T 30% deposit and 70% before shipment (PayPal for samples). Trade terms: EXW, FOB Shenzhen or DDP by quote. An NDA is available on request.

Yes, revisions are made until you approve the proof before a sample is made.

Sample and mold fees are quoted per design; samples can be paid by PayPal.
Can you work from a hand sketch?
Yes, a sketch or photo is enough for our designers to start.
What files are best?
AI, EPS, PDF or high-resolution JPG/PNG.
How do I confirm the order?
After approving the sample and the quote, you confirm the order in writing and production starts.
